"Single room, reasonable price"
As a single traveller I was looking for a base for Canterbury. This fitted the bill admirably - a 25 min walk down to the city centre (definitely down!). There are buses, but with the fine weather I didn't bother. This is university student accommodation, so single rooms are the norm - clean, well decorated, on a lovely campus. There was no TV in the room - this could be plus or minus depending on requirements - I certainly didn't miss it. Breakfast and reception were in 2 different buildings - not an issue in good weather but would have been an irritation in the wet. Wifi is through the university - the instructions weren't terribly clear, and I needed to get one of the technicians at the library (a very helpful young man) to set it up - apparently it's a problem with Windows 8.1 Parking available, but limited spaces available during the day - no problem overnight
