This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We came here to spend the first three nights of our trip to Bali. This resort is amazing and was the perfect start to our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa, this was easily the best resort we have stayed in. You are provided a butler and a buggy service to take you around the resort. Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

Loved our stay. Our Villa was the right at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Staff were always available to deal with any needs. They had prepared our personal food menu to meet our Hindu vegetarian food which contained no meat and fish. If you have a family with kids and want privacy, this location is perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in mid-October during a 12 day Bali holiday and this was by far the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed in.
