The staff are really friendly and the Villa was clean and nicely decorated. nice pool too.

The condition of the villa was horrible. Not worthy to stay in. The shower box dont have the soap holder. You are forced to put soap and shampoo on the floor. The water pressure in the bathtub was very weak. Much inferior than described on the website.

Excellent staff.

What a wonderful stay. From checked in, Mr. Lalad welcomed us and give us all necessary information. I stayed 2 bedrooms villa with my sister for 2 nights. We enjoyed private pool and room service. There are nothing around area but nice to have private relaxation time. Thanks to Mr putuk from restaurants. He made us our stay more pleasant and delightful.

This place is quite out of the way. Whole area looks pretty old. Not forgetting they have a damn slow wifi setup

Nice Villa, far from everything else

Our arrival was a disaster. Managed to book an airport pick-up with the hotel but the pick-up came late. Upon arrival there was no food in the only resto in the villa because it's the cook dayoff... on a weekend, holiday? The receptionist was nice enough to offer fast-food delivery but the experience was already disappointing on first night of stay. Some lamps are not working in the bedroom and hall, massage service is not always available (nice spa are but lack staff), staff are multi-tasking from being food attendant to spa attendant to room service attendant.. to receptionist. This is okay but make sure you train them well in doing all these things. So much potential of this villa and the spa but needs mgmt attention. The food is decent but not so much choice (most are not available in the menu), need to go take taxi for other eateries as nothing nearby. Shopping and attractions must also use taxi. The villa is nice if you want seclusion or will not do anything else in Bali, for staycation.

Hotel un peu difficile à trouver apparemment. La villa en elle même est immense et sympathique mais elle est vieillissante, le carrelage de la piscine est cassé, le parasol très sale et la déco un peu datée. Pour les points positifs : la villa est sympa, on a pu louer des scooters facilement et la piscine était bonne. Pour les points négatifs : on est loin de tout et sans scooters on aurait rien fait, le service était quasiment inexistant (on a voulu manger un soir au restau qui ferme à 23h mais à 20h55 il était déjà fermé donc obligés d'aller manger dans le warung en face, le lendemain on demandé 2 jus de fruits vers 12h mais ils étaient partis faire les courses; ils avaient un problème de téléphone pendant les 3 jours où l'on est resté et ça a été difficile d'obtenir un taxi pour partir; pour faire laver votre linge, vous le donner le soir et vous le récupérer seulement 2 jours après à partir de 14h et encore humide ! En gros, si vous avez besoin de quelque chose ne leur demandez pas). Notre première nuit, les 2 villas nous encadrant on été loué par des jeunes qui ont fait la fête en riant, criant et chantant jusqu'à l'aube sans que personne n'intervienne. Et tout les matins impossible de dormir car un chien aboyait tout le temps. En ce qui concerne la clim elle n'est pas adaptée et il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la salle de bain. Enfin, il y avait des cocons d'insectes à l'intérieur de la moustiquaire. Le seul qui soit serviable s'appelle Lupi !!!
