"The hotel was very easy to get to being close to the terminal. Upon arrival, there was very courteous staff to direct us to the checkin desk. The checkin was quick and the staff was helpful to orient us. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. In the lobby were 2 good restaurants. We enjoyed our meal at the Asian restaurant. I would stay there again."

"We arrived around midnight and finding a parking space was difficult. The hotel looked modern and welcoming on arrival. It was a civil and pretty dour welcome at Reception, unfortunately far from the smiley staff that we’d just experienced in Greece or at the Premier Inn before the holiday. The bedroom was well presented. On closer inspection however there were lots of human hairs still on bedsheets/ pillow cases, on the toilet and the bathroom floor. It didn’t feel as though it has been cleaned very well. It put me off getting into bed if I’m honest. No smile or friendly welcome at breakfast in the morning either. Shame. The offering was good. A range of cooked items and some continental. The coffee was good however no decaff on offer. Paid for the overnight parking at a machine outside. That was also a bit of a faff as it didn’t pick up my details correctly. Would I stay again?… I’m afraid not. It’s back to the Hilton for me or even the Premier Inn."

"Wow ..what can I say the most bizarre place ..a real Fawlty Towers vide ..checked in and wondered what I'd done checked in behind 2 really dubious characters ( one of which were asleep on the couch if the foyer) when I left) they seemed to be buying drugs on their phones... I hurried to my room which was actually quite good ..and had a microwave which given there's no restaurant was very useful ... Reception staff very helpful there was one chap drinking beer not sure what he was but he was really helpful and kind. It was cheap very cheap and the room wasn't bad but it's located up a long lane and isn't your conventional hotel ..I heard people saying it's not great for transfers either as taxis won't come up the lane ....nothing normal with this hotel but very nice staff and nice room"

"Stayed a few times previously, it’s less than a 10min walk to south terminal but be aware it’s not covered if it’s raining. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Stay was let down by the bar which seemed to have a stock issue when we were there, several of the taps not working (no indication of this like an upturned glass etc) and various bottles of wine not available. Staff on the bar were a bit surly about it but probably fed up of having to keep say “no, run out” every few minutes"

"We arrived and we're upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and modern. We wanted to use the spa and had to pay £10.00 per hour pp which wasn't expected. Then the steam room wasnt very hot so that was disappointing. This should of been mentioned before we booked. The breakfast was good. Not somewhere I would visit again in a hurry. Very pricey for what it is."
