"The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

"This hotel is well located in Jaipur, between the Old City and Jal Mahal. It’s a short ride up to the Amber Palace and the forts. The restaurant staff don’t know much English but the food is Ok. Breakfast could be better. Westerners might need to order eggs. The mattress was great but the pillows could be better. No hot water in my shower in the morning. It was fine at night. I recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient. There are many pluses. The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. The maintenance was called again and I waited for sometime till they fixed the issue. It was fine till the last...

"I enjoyed the architecture of this hotel as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly service of the staff members. My only critique was the swimming pool water was green. The whole place is like a royal palace and I would for sure stay here again if I ever go back to Jaipur."

Couldn't explore the Bar lounge as my visit was to explore Jaipur city so mostly I was out in day time. Over experience is awesome. Strongly recommended place to stay in Jaipur. "
