"These people must URGENTLY update their contact details. Neither we nor Hotels.com could contact them. We had Hotels.com chasing alternative accommodation for us before we discovered a text from them from a number not listed anywhere. BUT once we were in contact (after a 2 hour wait in the pub opposite) they came to our help within 5 minutes, gave us complimentary drinks, and the room was lovely, comfortable and quiet, we slept well!
