"Clean, safe, great location."

"The hotel itself is great. The staff is very friendly and service minded. Expedia's service is horrendous, however"

"Staff, food, location, amenities can’t be beat. Also the restaurant had some of the best food in Brasov"

"Nice place to stay"

"Nice hotel, lovely setting, started to feel a bit tired & could do with some TLC, that said the restaurant was great with good food & great service, spa was decent as well."

"Great hotel especially if you’re coming and going on the train. We easily walked to and from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioner but we just opened the windows and it worked to stay cool. The breakfast was great and had different options. It’s also about a 10minute ride into the historic center which was easy to navigate with the Bolt app."

"Amazing facilities, very friendly staff, and the location is absolutely stunning. Recommend it."

"Great hotel with excellent staff. They have one of the best breakfast bars in Europe."

"Wonderful hotel"

"Great room with an awesome view. The breakfast had many options to choose from."

"A fanatastic breafast and a really nice room. Very helpful team onsite. Great bang for buck and a good location!"

"Stayed in some top notch hotels around the world and this one was up there. Not because it had a pool, sauna etc but because the location, room, decor and atmosphere was bang on. Staff were excellent. All round brilliant night in Bran. We wished we were there longer. Highly recommend."

"It was clean, good conditions, grate location and good services."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating our baby’s first birthday, and we would like to give special thanks to Cristina from PR & Guest Relations. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, but Cristina truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She made sure our experience was memorable and helped make this important milestone for our family even more meaningful. Her thoughtfulness and personal touch really made a difference, and we are genuinely grateful...

"No hot water , no parking . We had to walk outside from reception to the room. Very expensive for what they offer "

"Fantastic pool, beautiful scenery, great food, welcoming staff and clean cared for rooms"

"The pool was too crowded with adults and kids. Would be great to have an adult only pool."
