Sound proof rooms. Good sized pool and spa amenities.
Pleasant staff and extensive A La Carte menu but breakfast too basic which is a shame for hotel of this calibre.
Smart TV would enhance stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. Congrats for your welcoming services!

Stayed in some top notch hotels around the world and this one was up there. Not because it had a pool, sauna etc but because the location, room, decor and atmosphere was bang on. Staff were excellent. All round brilliant night in Bran. We wished we were there longer. Highly recommend.

The most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to- beautiful relaxing amazing spa- and the food!!! And I’m so problematic with food usually but wow!
Horrible horrible room! Did not clean because apparently I need to ask specialty in the reception which they did not tell me but whatever. The pillow are not humanly possible to sleep on, it’s like a brick - beside that perfect - just never agree to be in a room that is like an attics with uneven roof.
