"Felt safe since it's gated, located in a very convenient location, surrounded by shopping and dining options. The hotel unit was very clean and fully equipped, very satisfied. Maybe the unit was so deeply cleaned, when we first opened the door, a strong chlorine smell present. My daughter had a very bad allergic reaction during the stay, not sure if it was due to the chlorine. Bed was very clean and comfy. The toilet suction was very strong when flush, got woken up when other units flush...

"I have stayed at a lot of hotels both with pets and without pets and I must say that the Loews goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Parking is easy, close and plentiful. Food is equally easy, delicious, close and plentiful with accommodations for dogs and cats. Having private walking paths to the park that place you at the entrance or taking a water ride is so conveniently thought out and stress free. "The staff were very all friendly lovely. Hotel rooms is clean and ved are made daily with water bottles provided. The hotel is walkable to Disney Springs, about 15 minutes stroll. 2 aspects that might needed improvement was the facilities is going under construction, the pool and the laundry, we weren't communicated beforehand. Also, instead of taking all payment at once, B hotel seems to take it day by day, take some bond, refund some later. It gets confusing and hard to keep track of money...
