"The coffee pot was broke, we emailed about it and received a new one within a a few hours. The listing says water park access but you don’t get water park access. The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay. "First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean...

The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. "Rooms were clean but blankets had stains on them. Almost looked like dried blood or something dark of the nature. Shower was not clean, black mold was present in a couple spots, shower head did not appear to be clean either. Pool and slides and lazy river were nice. Parking was decent. Easy to locate. Easy to enter premises. Couches were small and uncomfortable. But we made the best of it. "

"We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"
