"We were so impressed! What a beautiful hotel and the service was extraordinary! The staff was very friendly and pleased to provide assistance. Our room was perfect with an amazing ocean view. The pool is gorgeous and the roof top bar looked very inviting. Wish we could stayed longer!"

"Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance."

"Management has changed hands and we were unaware of this, was a bit different to before, room had fluff all over carpet, ants in room everywhere and reception was closed when I went to report it. Beds comfy and water was hot that was a bonus "
