Right in the middle of Mariahilfer shopping and dining area with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to Inner Stadt where a lot of the museums & palaces are. The service was amazing and the room was comfortable for a our family of three. Price was amazing too! "A very comfortable, clean hotel. The breakfast offering is very extensive. I like that it is located very close to the Ubahn station and near the Schonbrunn palace. There's a very lovely park with trails around the palace if you like to get in a daily run. There are several restaurants and a small market located nearby. The room I stayed in was nice but it was a little noisy somehow. I could hear other guests through the walls and ceiling, but otherwise i had a nice stay here."

"Have stayed 3/4 times always enjoy the stay. A bit quirky in a good way and comfortable. Can feel a bit impersonal with self check in/out but staff always helpful if required. Great breakfast and bar area. Very convenient for central Vienna, walking and transport."

"Hotel location is in a nice area of Vienna. Quiet but with some lovely coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself had an interesting dinner menu and the food is very tasty - it’s a popular restaurant so would recommend booking ahead of time. Hotel room was of a decent size and relatively clean. Hotel reception staff were friendly. My one complaint is that the bath in my room did not drain properly and there was no bath mat so it was very slippery...

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The room bathrooms are rediculous. and that is putting it mildly. it makes no sense to have a window from the bed area straight into the bath room. if someone is using the bath room in the middle of the night, the other person is awakened. The bath room door is foolish. there is not enough space in the bath room. Truly, wnomever designed the bathroom must have been on drugs. The rest of the room was not much better.
