One thing to note is they let external folks get breakfast so it ends up being extremely crowded like a fish market. The rooms smelt of mould, cigarette smoke and something I cannot put my finger on. I had to leav me all the windows and the door open for an hour to air the room. The carpet had seen better days and I could not bear to put my feet on what they considered clean shower floor. Bus loads of students checked in. Though the lobby was busy, our room on the top floor was quiet. It’s on a very busy road which means lots of shops and restaurants but also constant traffic. The tram stop is nearby giving easy access to the city centre. The location is also very convenient for Schloss Schonbrun.
