"I chose this hotel because it is an international name, and there aren't many of those in Zibo. i chose wrong. My room smelled of stale urine, mainly in the bathroom, but it wafted through the room. The room service is a joke, and breakfast is ok if you are Chinese. But if you want a western breakfast, you have to figure it out. "The hotel was very nice but they never received my hotels.com booking. It was already booked and paid for but they had no record of it. First time experiencing this issue. Had to speak to hotels.com to resend the reservation. Hotels.com was apologetic resolved it and also gave me a voucher for the trouble."
