Fantastic location and very good service from all staff (especially Sergio at the front desk who really should be giving lessons in customer service to some of the others who work at reception). Hotel might be close to needing a bit of an update (the shelf beside the bed fell off and the carpet had a few marks) but overall very, very satisfied with the very large room and large double bed. The outside pool is great and the bar/cafe at the pool very handy. The restaurant and cafe have separate...

Can't describe this place. You just have to go there

A very friendly environment and a great place to spend a couple of days.

comfortable stay but as hotel had very few guests it lacked atmosphere

Really nice hotel, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly! Would love to go back!

Really nice stay. Nice and friendly staff

Sea view room had an Emperor bed and overlooked the beach. Useful location for us as we have friends in Ribeira so a short excercise walk to the port and part of river walk around a beautiful area in the country. Superb staff especially our check-in receptionist who was there late evening and early morning

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The people who work here are really great. Large comfortable beds Air conditioning Soft Bedding and towels. Good bathrooms. Fabulous rooftop hot tub/jacuzzi Walking distance to everything. True definition of a quality boutique hotel. We will return to Vigo and this hotel, thanks for making our stay so chilled

Excellent location, the hotel reception staff were very helpful. Lovely modern cafe within hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Right on harbour front and I had a sea view room with small balcony. Very stylish hotel with large rooms nicely decorated and handy for old town, ferries to nearby islands, bars and restaurants. Plus only15 mins walk to railway stations (or c5 Euros in a cab) and 20 mins in cab to airport (c20-25 Euros)

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and centrally located.

Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and spacious and a nice terrace. The breakfast was substantial and good quality with plenty of choice. Special thanks to Montse on reception who was excellent and very helpful with everything we asked.

Hotel was was right at the port so easy walking to bars and restaurants, fantastic view from the breakfast room on the 7th floor and breakfast was good, there’s a limited number of parking places and some are on the small side so arrive early if you want to park at the hotel, there are other parking garages around the area though.
