"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. "The hotel was located at a good location. There were many parking spaces available. The front desk was nice and helpful. The room was very clean. However, There was no AC and WiFi There was also an issue with the phone line in the room. Breakfast was not too bad."

"The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance."

"One receiptionist shouted to us to stop us to go inside a room that store the welcoming wine but we were told by another receptionist when checking in that we are free to go there and help ourselves. This reveiptionist should be more courtesy and explained that if want we should request them to bring it to our room. Hope the staff have more training on better communication with guests not rendering guests feelng "gulity" in our case. "
