When I checked in, they upgraded my room from a standard triple room to an executive room free of charge. The room was spacious and comfy and included a free minibar. 2 night stay Friday and Saturday Nov17. Booked three rooms and these were located on same floor and close to each other. Suited us well due to location and standard. Easily parked up two cars at hotel car park . Popular hotel appeared to be fully booked both nights with functions on as well.
Really close to SECC/ Hydro so great if you’re going to a show. Room a really good size with a nice big bed. Sound proofing good too, there was a Christmas party night on and we thought we would be woken as people were going to bed but didn’t hear a thing!
Familiar, unsurprising, close to the centre of town. This is not a negative review in anyway. This hotel is better than many Marriotts, the staff are excellent, food was wholesome and the service was very good. I highly recommend this place

I booked this hotel the night of the stay so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. when my wife an I arrived, they did an early check in and were very supportive. I think i will stay in this hotel again when I go to Glasgow soon.
