"A good building "
Room was comfortable and building felt solid, with good sound insulation. We heard no noise from other guests and slept well. Breakfast offered sufficient variety to satisfy those who like fruit, yoghurt and muesli, as well as unlimited quantity of fried things to satisfy the face-stuffers. I cannot recommend the evening meals, which seemed expensive for what was offered from a rather sticky-to-handle old menu, so we did not eat there.

Fraser Suites Glasgow

"Great place and a fantastic City centre location"
Good apartment hotel, very nice rooms, plenty of space. The facilities were excellent, bed was comfortable and room nicely furnished/decorated. The front lobby and facilities were also very good. A few wee attention to detail points regarding cleanliness, nothing major and more nit-picking really, Otherwise nice bed linens and bathroom toiletries which made the place feel more like a hotel suite but with the added benefit of the additional space of an apartment - would definitely use the Fraser Suites again

"Nostalgia in the middle of the City"
The style and décor of the Grand Central Hotel is a reminder of days gone by. A time when life was enjoyed and appreciated rather than rushing into tomorrow. The lady at check in made me feel appreciated and as though I was home. I have been on the road for 8 years travelling on business and every now and then I meet people who make me feel special in their beautiful hotel. Just one down side, I am super picky but the chambermaids should their extend their cleaning regime to the areas less seen(behind the furniture!)

Absolutely love the location of this hotel, bang in the centre of everything shops, bars, railway, museums and galleries. The hotel itself is very clean and staff were really friendly. Room was spacious and warm. The complimentary mini bar was great fully stocked when we arrived plenty of choice. Will defiantly be going back.

"In need of a overhaul"
Being going here for years and when I heard they been renamed Hallmark I presumed that'd mean a refurb. Nope. Same old tired bedroom furnishings and decor. On the upside, breakfast, leisure facilities and location are major plus points.

"A relaxing and enjoyable stay close to finneston"
We went to Glasgow for the Mucha exhibition at the kelvingrove museum and gallery . The malmaison was an enjoyable and ideal place to stay close to finneston and it's great bars and cafes and the kelvingrove . Equidistant from the centre of town and all the sights and attractions there. The room was a beautiful , the staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was really really good. We stayed at request in the old section and the room was sumptuous . The staff on reception couldn't be more helpful . I booked on the train on Expedia on the train a few hours from Glasgow . It could not have been better. Recommended and we will be back .
