The hotel was fine. The restaurant menu choice was poor, and nearest restaurants where in the main town. There was a very small shopping district near, but very little shops of interest at it. The hotel spa was not available during my two nights and hard to get information about it.
Staff was very kind and accommodating! Room was awesome and very clean! Housekeeping fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!!
Although a little on the edge of town , The Menlo is a superb hotel. The staff greet you as friends and will do anything for you. Breakfast is stunning and bars inviting.
A lovely clean hotel with nice pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Breakfast good but it would be nice to see the croissants/Danish pasteries still available right up to breakfast closing time

Galway has five major theatres, and the staff at your four star hotel will be only too happy to help you decide which play to see first.
Galway has lots of well-preserved relics of ancient Ireland within easy reach and you should be able to get some great advice from hotel staff about which of the county’s dolmens and Neolithic standing stones to visit. For those interested in more recent history, Galway is the location for several castles dating back to the Norman invaders.
