The hotel was very nice and bustling with activity. The lift was out of order for renovation but we knew that before we arrived. The staff was pleasant as were the bartenders and the housekeepers. It was within walking distance of the shopping center and the Woodkey area.

The location and room layout is excellent. The breakfast and staff were excellent. The only issue was a lot of the furniture was makeup stained and I was double charged for parking. Hopefully this is resolved with a phone call.
