"Nice bed, and well equipped modern room - found it a bit odd that the bathroom was right in the room - but wasn’t an issue as I travelled solo. Hotel was quiet but check in was easy, and a problem with my room key was quickly resolved. Only thing I would say is that there was no sign for what to do in the restaurant - I didn’t realise (as an Englishman) that you just sat down, and the waiters didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing at the door. "The Hotel is great value for money and rooms, bar and staff are all exemplary. The walk to the station doesn’t always feel the safest but there is a U Starion opposite for easy access into the old town.. which is a long walk. All in all an excellent place to base yourself, especially as we were using the train a lot to get around the region. "

"The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon."

"From thus user’s perspective, the hotel is well run by competent, friendly and engaged staff (which goes a long way…). The place is also very clean, and the only drawback is that the overall furnishing of the rooms (well, the room I occupied at a minimum) seems in need of an upgrade, more for the looks than for function.
