A beautiful hotel which has retained original features. All staff were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the river ...gorgeous! Our ensuite room was huge with a very big and comfortable 4 poster bed. All areas were clean and warm. The hot breakfast was made to order and was piping hot. A rareity these days ! A wonderful hotel which we will have no hesitation staying here again. 10/10

Stayed one night only in a classic room (206). Small but pleasant, overlooking the square. Went for a wander in the evening to look at the abbey. Very nice. Breakfast (buffet ) included and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Good experience, would book again.

Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! Great place to stay, very modern and ckean. we were just there for the night as we were meeting friends local but wished we could have stayed longer. Everything you could need, the owners have added little touches which are great and pretty much have you covered for a great stay. Communication was excellent. Defiantly recommend!

Was lovely hotel is very clean staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are standard double bed tv bathroom a little small but was only 2 of us and we only slept in there, the pool, hot tub etc was lovely too. Beds are a little uncomfortable gave me and my partner a bad back. Apart from that everything was great!

Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!

Only stayed one night but found everything from catering to rooms excellent. Bar staff particularly helpful and polite.

Stayed at the Wyche Inn on a weekend break.Great views from a comfortable room. Had a lovely evening meal and a really filling breakfast. All the staff made us feel very welcome and we will definitely pay a return visit.

A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.

Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

Two night break to see the Hollies.Hotel tucked away in the hills with great views and good base for walking.. Enjoyed the town walk and returned for delicious dinner at the Hotel. Room was well furbished and comfortable, and good service from the restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast, the latter having a tasty cooked breakfast. Good parking facilities with easy short drive to Malvern

The rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and flexible allowing me a fairly late arrival. Will be back.

Easy place to find. Parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Evening meals and breakfast were good. Only negative comment to add is that it would be nice to be able to check in before 6pm on days the pub is closed until then.

my son held his wedding here on the 25th April 2019 staff and facilities were fantastic the staff were so friendly and helpful and helped make our day fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone
