"The room was lovely, the whole of the hotel could do with updating, the restaurant was too dark, especially it was all black furniture and black coverings. The pool was a delight nice and clean, but the locker room could do with updating. The food was ok, we ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. All in all had a nice one night stay, would stay again."

"You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."

"Lovely hotel on the banks of a river. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool, sauna and steam room all modern too. Will definitely be back. "

"Parking - wish it was clearer that hotel guests don't need to pay for parking. Room was super clean, comfy with lots of space. Staff at reception were friendly and knowledgeable "

"Nice hotel but getting a bit dated. Decor is old fashioned and showing signs of wear. Staff are very pleasant and helpful though and food is usually quite good. Breakfast choice was OK although serial was just boxes, no granola or dried fruit etc which is a little disappointing as I like to alternate the usual Bacon and eggs with a healthy choice from time to time."
