"The trip was indeed a nightmare. The room looked like a construction site. The walls were unpainted. The TV in the living room was dropped on the floor with all the cables. "Perfect Location! Steps away from Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Short walk to Uber Boat. Professional staff that was polite and attentive. I loved the hairdryer that was in our room as it was salon quality. I had an amazing view from my hotel room. The toilet handle had a leak but a handyman quickly fixed it. The hotel immediately provided a fan when I requested it. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone!"

"This is a chic hotel a short walk from Westminster and all the major attractions in central London. Note that if you are arriving by Underground, the District Line Station at Earl's Court is about 15 minutes away. Very good breakfast. I like modern hotels in London at reasonable prices and I would certainly stay here again"
