"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."

Every corner of the property feels like a postcard. What truly made our experience special was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail specially what they dis foe my daughter's birthday made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves special recognition. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and inviting. If you're looking for a hotel with stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and an authentic Ibiza luxury experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return! "Todo fue excelente en el Hotel Leonardo Royal Ibiza, Santa Eulalia. Extremadamente limpio: las señoras de la limpieza son súper cuidadosas, limpian incluso debajo de las camas, las sábanas y el baño impecables. En cuanto a limpieza, todo perfecto. El trato en el restaurante fue excelente, la comida muy buena, súper variada: ensaladas, postres, bebidas, incluyen vino, cerveza, agua, refrescos. No hagan caso a los comentarios previos, lo recomiendo mucho. Pero les doy una estrella menos porque, en la noche, un hombre mayor fue muy grosero con nosotros :( es triste que por personas como él se tenga que castigar al resto del staff."
