"Me and my new husband spent our wedding night here absolutely perfect. We arrived late and the night manger was perfect warm greeting and showed us to our room to our surprise he was there for breakfast as well. The room was perfect we was greeted by a dove in our room in the morning which we are taking as good luck. Only real criticism was that the bathroom windows would not close properly as they were clearly written and in need of repair. As regards Champneys, nice facility, however, clearly getting tired with plaster falling off adjacent to the sauna and the showers in need of an update. The staff were all very helpful and always on hand. "
