"Overall Amazing Hotel"

"Lovely clean hotel, however be aware steps are everywhere, would not recommend for disabled travellers who have difficulty with steps. Do not expect WiFi, hotel offers free WiFi however its so slow it sends u back to 1980s. 1 to 2 mps is all I could get, so data use was recalled."

"This is a tranquil hotel. It is very well located in a great spot of the island. The staff is very kind and the pools and common areas are very well maintained. A short walk to Fira makes it a very good location. Highly recommend."

"I stayed 3 nights in a triple room in a newly renovated part of the hotel. Clean sheets, blankets and towels - new bathroom, huge terrace, good A/C. For the amazing price without breakfast I can’t complain. The pool was immaculate - no one uses it but a lovely large cool pool with a jacuzzi and nice sunbeds with umbrellas. Reception area lovely. Staff - Ton Ton, Kirsty and the other blonde receptionist delightful! Things to consider: beds were very hard in my room- thin doors in this new area...

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, pool and bar/restaurant area were very clean, upgraded feeling. We had booked two rooms, one room was a quad and was newer and upgraded however it was in an underground level with many stairs to get down. We had an accident and my son fell down the stairs, there was no railing and he slipped bruising his back and hip. Our room was quite dated, with a very foul smell coming from the air conditioner. Location is about a 10 minute drive to main area...
