The property and room were stunning (that view!), so clean. Breakfast delivered to our lanai everyday. Pool was not heated, but a hot tub was also available. Much less crowded than Fira or Oia, right next to great restaurant (Onar’s), and the caldera rim trail. Minor things: shower water took a long time to get warm. Our room was great and the view is incredible. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Giga is awesome. He is there day and night and does everything from carrying your luggage to bringing your breakfast. Probably the best service we ever had. My suite was enormous and simply but comfortably furnished. The staff, especially Natalia at the front desk, were friendly. The view from the balcony area where you eat breakfast while gazing out at the ocean is gorgeous. The aparthotel is roughly 15-20 minutes on foot from Fira, the island's capital. My only suggestion is to add more variety to the breakfast options. If you choose the bakery option, for example, you receive two slices of marble cake every day. Maybe substitute something else occasionally for the marble cake?
