We loved our stay, the staff went above and beyond, and the property is beautiful with ocean views & a stunning pool. Amazing location in Oia as well, everything is walking distance & the entrance is right by the taxi drop off in the town which was very convenient.

I had very mixed feelings about my stay. First, I want to acknowledge that the front desk and hotel staff I interacted with were kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever they could. My concerns are not with them. I experienced issues with transportation and excursion pricing and felt that communication from management was lacking throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I had contacted the hotel well in advance regarding a reservation issue and requested the cancellation of an unused night due to my flight schedule. Despite multiple attempts to communicate this beforehand, I was ultimately denied any refund or meaningful accommodation. Santorini itself was absolutely beautiful, and I am grateful for the memories I made there. Unfortunately, the hotel experience did not match the level of hospitality I expected. Cheaper is not always good. I would recommend that future guests carefully review the hotel’s policies and manage expectations regarding communication and customer service from ownership and management.
