First - the villa is unique and beautiful. I’ve never stayed in a property such as this. Historic and lovely. Problems arose with hot water, A/C, and WiFi, but you’re staying in a cave. This was understanble and our host was there to assist. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend this villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for our family of three. Our 16 year old daughter loved having her own separate space with her own private bathroom. We enjoyed our private plunge pool every day that we stayed at Aura Caves. It was so relaxing with a beautiful view. The apartment was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. Enrik was so very helpful in every way. He was available and quickly responded to any and all of our questions and requests. I choose this hotel because I needed a place without a bunch of steps. I was incredibly disappointed when we got there and was told the pool didn't work. This was one of the main things we wanted to experience while we were there. In return the host gave us transportation around the island which worked out most of the time we were there. Ubers/Taxi's are expensive on the island so it probably was worth more than than having the pool work, but I would have still liked the pool to be available or have been told prior to us arriving and had the option to get our money back and go somewhere else. We were told that a kid broke a light out of it the previous week and they didn't know when it would be fixed.
