"Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Layout of the room was a little odd but it had everything you might need. Air conditioner was trying to keep up and it never got below 71 (even with the hotel lock set at 68). Shower temperatures were good but shower spray was not that great. Hotel was quiet even though it is nestled in a nice little business/entertainment center. We walked to Chicken N Pickle, the eateries, and the movie theatre. "The parking lot is gated, so it gives some extra security. There needs to be a "Lobby" sign above the front door so you can see which door to enter when you arrive, because there is more than one door in. The room was a very nice two bedroom suite with kitchen as described with plenty of room. Very nice and more than I expected."

"It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the...
