"Staff are great. Several things need maintenance, including only one functioning front elevator, toilet that kept running intermittently, shade in the restaurant that would not go up to allow views out. Overall, not up to usual Crowne Plaza level. Also, room had no frig."

"I like the hotel, the area is really close to nyc. I like how public transportation it only takes 20mins, 10 min walk, 10 minute ride to nyc (it can be more depending on the traffic) overall hotel is excellent no complaints."

"Overall for price and location excellent. I do think they need to change hall carpet, but our room was very well done and perfect. I loved that there was a second door to close off the main area after your in room, the room was quietest room I think I've ever been in. The only slight issue we had was figuring out how to get the shower hot, the controls not intuitive, but did on second day so no more lukewarm showers for us. "
