The room was clean and it was quiet. Shower items were empty had to wait 45 minutes after 2 visits to the front desk. Toilet paper holder was broken. Both of these issues should have been fixed on general inspection of room by housekeeping.

The bed and room were clean. Water heater didn't work in the shower. The area outside my bedroom smelt really funky. Other than that, it's very close to Met Life, so it served its purpose

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms smelled like mold. The shower had flying bugs and alge, walls where dirty. It does not look like the pictures at all. They left a door open all day and night to the public sidewalk,we didn't feel safe. If you are looking to get sleep for work etc.. I don't recommend on a very busy road loud all through out the night. It was very close to a bus stop to get to NYC and had good food spots and shopping near by.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The only positive of this property was the proximity to the Metlife Stadium. I counted 6 cigarette burns in my blanket, along with ashes on the night table and behind the light fixture on the table. Air conditioning did not work. When I went to the front desk to inquire about the issue, the employee said that there was nothing he could do. The power outlet by the sink was hanging out of the wall. Which I thought was really safe. My first and last staying at this property.
