This place is a little gem. Whilst the building retains it's original character, the rooms are modern and very comfortable. Although small, they had everything we needed. The property was very clean with good quality bedding and towels. Breakfast was three freshly cooked courses unlike anything available in most hotels. Compliments to the chef / owners!

It was a tablet check in which was fairly easy but sends the room number and access code to your e mail address . The rooms were clean and tidy. Free hot drinks in an area on a lower floor. Check out didn’t work on the tablet, so used the telephone. Nobody answered that call, but a member of staff appeared and said everything was fine and we could leave. Really enjoyed our stay there, massive room, nicely decorated, very comfortable huge bed. Nice terrace to sit out and enjoy the unexpected last minute sunshine. And to top it all, a great breakfast! For the money it was excellent.

This is a lovely place to stay, the breakfasts are amazing and the gardens are lovely as are the rooms. Jack and Mary Ellen are fantastic hosts and really make you welcome. Can not recommend enough!

A beautiful place for a get away

Great swimming pools.. Also enjoyed the hot chocolate at the complimentary wending machine.. Rooms were cosy too..
