"I arrived to find out the inn was closed for a privare event. Had to find some other place to stay at 11pm. Im still waiting for my refund."

No toothpaste. No closet (just some hangars hanging on a piece of pipe attached to the wall and the floor). Absurdly overpriced, all things considered."

"well, the room I seen and booked online wasn't the same room I got. very disappointed was down in the basement level which the room I clicked on was on ground level, Then the sliding glass door took 2 of us to open and close it the screen door was also a problem. The bathroom door didn't close all the way; bathroom exhaust was not good didn't seem to move the air at all. No lobby hours were posted, no info in the room for times for breakfast start and stop. Had to call to find out where the room...

"The Inn at Mt. Snow was great. The property is recently renovated and really very nice. Common areas are clean, welcomig, well appointed. Inn Keepers/owners were onsite daily and very accommodating and friendly. My king room was great. Very clean, roomy, also had a little outdoor porch which I enjoyed immensely. The bathroom was clean, modern and had extra towels, thats a plus in my book. Continential Breakfast was included and refreshed when ran low, there were complimentary drinks available...

"The room was spotless. We only saw the staff at check in but he was very friendly. The outdoor area is great. Would highly recommend."
