Excellent knowledgeable staff regarding local area and tours

This is a great little place! Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable, great location too.

Lovely large room. Close to beach and places to eat. Would stay again.

Easy to follow instructions. Lovely location. Convenient under cover parking. Very clean accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped. I really can’t fault my experience at all. Would definitely return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Great food!

All good really relaxing stay in Mossman if you want to head away from the busy areas

Room clean and tidy, staff friendly.

Great location, 5 mins from beach, extremely helpful manager, spacious apartments and lovely pool area, extremely good value for money

This was my first stay by myself and it has been nothing short of incredible. All staff are so friendly and the spa facilities are easily a 10/10. The pool area is so beautiful and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location Large apartment Great in room facilities including washer and dryer

Excellent location. Lovely spacious 1 bed apartment. Comfortable bed, I slept really well. Good AC. Really enjoyed my stay at Il Palazzo

During our three week holiday in Oz we spent only one night at the Reef Palm hotel, and although it is not a "boutiqic" hotel it shone out as the best hotel in terms of: - Value for money, freindlyness and helpfulness of staff, cleanilness. If you are looking for great ozzie value and freindlyness look no further. 10/10

Room was clean, pool areas were clean (pool itself had quite a few leaves etc but the weather was windy and we understand it's difficult to keep on top). Location is fantastic, so close to the main strip for shops, bars and restaurants, but tucked away enough that it's quiet and calm. Reception staff were incredible, friendly and informative. We will 100% stay here again

A great place to stay with everything we needed, including being able to buy reasonably priced drinks from reception. Rooms are very clean and serviced to a high standard. There was everything we needed in the room. Its a very cosy and compact property with a friendly atmosphere. For those who have negatively commented on this property, i cant understand why! It has everything needed for a great stay! It is about 20 mins walk to the esplanade though but this didnt bother us. Great stay, lovely...
