"We were picked up at airport shuttle designated area on time. This service is free. After a 15 minute ride we unloaded with help from they very courteous driver. We were greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant and polite front desk personnel who expedited our check-in. The room was comfortable, room temperature perfect, king bed very comfortable, likewise pillows. Bathroom shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Requested wake-up call was on time and we met shuttle to return to airport...

"The beds were so comfortable! And the room was nice and clean. The hotel is right on a busy road so it was loud. Also a bit stressful to walk and get food because the road was busy and the crosswalks were not safe. I was traveling with my 7 year old and it was not safe outside the building. Staff were great- super friendly and helpful. "

"What a great hotel. All the good things about "boutique". The check-in experience was a rarity in this day and age. My flight got me into Vancouver at around 10 in the morning, I went straight to the hotel to drop my bags and head off to a tradeshow, unexpectedly though, the front desk "checked" and my room was available to check in immediately. I could leave my stuff there, go to the bathroom, have a quick coffee and prepare for the rest of the day. Makes an incredible difference when you just...

He was very knowledgeable & shared so much of his experiences, he loved Philippines food & he served in military when President Kennedy was shot.( I forgot his name, but he was so helpful) there was an issue with the heating unit in my room & he was the one who came & showed me how it worked 💪, great older gentlemen "
