"Upon checking staff was not helpful, I did put in remarks that i need a baby cot and it was not given . I have arrived midnight and the staff actually gave me a lecture on how to book the baby cot. "Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"

"Decent hotel for one night stay for the price that I’m paying so you pay for what you get. Overall ok location though not sure why the reception isn’t at the front of the building next to the road but one has to walk down an alley to another building. The building has seen better times and definitely would do with some renovations. Basic cleanliness but the sheets had lipstick and dirt stains, and bed was pretty rock hard. "

Door closing in neighbouring rooms and rain can be heard despite no windows in my room but otherwise fine. Two shopping malls of walking distance away with many eateries around.
