Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. No separate shower stalls, so the whole bathroom floor is wet when one takes a shower. Only 1 free extra pillow for a twin room. Extras are charged RM2 each. No direct lift to the new wing. One has to walked to 1st floor to get the lift or take a lift from the old wing and walk across. Inconvenience to those on wheelchairs. I booked this hotel last minutes and the check in was smooth. The only drawback was a loud noise coming from the piping system for about 5 minutes (after I took a hot shower). My guess it was the hot water.
