It is high time that these were changed for new ones. This was a non smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was coming through - not sure where from - could either be from the aircon vent or from the windows which was shut. Had to sleep with our masks on. Hotel is along the main road & the noise is disturbing, especially at night. Closing the toilet window helps. Downside is the poor maintenance & limited housekeeping. Toilet is badly designed; whole toilet floor gets soaking wet & request for extra floor ignored. Also, despite asking for a quiet room we were allocated one with a window facing the petrol station, which was noisy through most of the day and night with motorbikes, lorries and cars revving into the station. There was also the smell of petrol wafting into the room and corridor. Disappointing.
