"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was good. I could walk to the airport via sidewalks (0.5 miles they do not have a shuttle). I did not like that everything besides a bed and shower supplies were an "add-on" - like the fitness center, pool, breakfast AND coffee. Really, $6 for a coffee tray if you want coffee in your room? So the Hampton Inn across the street is a better value for the $$ (breakfast, coffee in room and a shuttle). "

"We would return to this property. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good, and the two ladies Yvonne and Jannie would go above and beyond to make sure that everybody had what they needed. Always smiling, they joked with us about bringing our Tabasco sauce from Minnesota. My husband's favorite condiment on eggs."

"MY stay at the Hyatt House was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Even though I was on the first floor facing the entrance, the room was quiet inside. I di not hear a lot of outside noise. The pool was great and ample seating and lounge chairs."

"This is more of a motel than a hotel....the rooms are accessed from the outside and the amenities are sparse. However, having said that, it is one of the better values in the Sarasota Siesta Key area. Just keep your expectations realistic. The included breakfast is nothing more than a selection of bagels....with coffee, juice, etc. That's about it. "A hidden gem. Beautiful pools (2). Beach access, umbrellas and chairs provided on beach. Very relaxing time. Definitelt not 2024 decor but for the price and view who cates. The place was extremely clean. Would go again. "

"We really enjoyed proximity to restaurants and bars. Bar on premise was nice, bartender was very friendly. Modern feel. Roof top pool was nice and clean. Recently updated so room was pretty clean! Only thing I found interesting was the light for the bathroom also turns on the light outside the restroom over the sink, which is weird overnight when you need the bathroom light and your partner is sleeping in the room. "

"I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop. The rooms are great, I love that...
