Overall the property was great. Location is fantastic, direct access to the beach, friendly staff, comfortable beds, super clean, great views. The only downside is the construction equipment next door that runs all day long. It’s understandable bc they are still rebuilding after hurricane Ian. Lastly, morning showers were challenging because there wasn’t any hot water, even after letting the shower run for 10 min. Night time shower was not an issue. Even though we had those hiccups, the friendly and hospitable staff make those items minuscule. Annie is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay again!

the ppl working at the Edison were very nice! The place could use a bit more love but had everything you needed and great views of the water. Note that there are many areas of FMB that are still trying to recover from the hurricaine. Great Spot!

The space and building were in a great location. Cleanliness was good. Bed was comfortable. Area is still being rebuilt from Hurricane Ian. When patio and pool are complete it will be very nice. Sunsets were beautiful.
