"Overall, we loved the hotel, great location downtown. The hotel is actually made up of two separate buildings in close proximity to each other. We were in the second building. The main issue was the fact that you have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the elevator. This could be very troublesome for people with heavy luggage or with accessibility issues. "Why would you stay anywhere else. These people are well versed in the art of hospitality. It was an extended stay, a solo trip for business and pleasure so I needed a place that was conveniently located and where my belongings will be safe while I was away in short trips to neighboring cities and towns. Close to everything but when you returned to the hotel it was just peace, quiet and security. Love their breakfast but specially looove their staff ... Ana, Afonso, Sharmeen, Natalia, Magadalena...

The rooftop bar had a laid-back atmosphere but the staff and bartenders were excellent. We had a single room that was great but would think that rooms with the bunk beds would be a little crowded. "The only downside I found to this hotel is the price of the food. That was quite expensive compared to anywhere else I stayed or dined at around Europe. Also, Orbitz said I would get $10 off toward food/drink as a gold member and that wasn’t true. The hotel told me they don’t do that. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, the room was nice and the rooftop was a fantastic place to take in the view, eat, drink, and make new friends. "
