"It was exactly like the pictures. SOOOOO much room in the suite (two queen beds and a couch). Loved that we had a full fridge, microwave, and toaster in the room. Pool was very clean and they were even growing pineapples in the pool area! Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very kind. Will stay here again."

"Everything was good except for the service in the evening in the cafe and bar area. Food was good, pizza and wings were great!! The morning servers Jean and Julie were great and always very helpful and cheerful. Saturday evening after waiting a long time about (30mins) before we were waited on I guess because we were not drinkers at the bar. we finally got a menu then finally ordered food (burgers) which were not done. After waiting for another (20-25mins) to get our check we had to go up to bar...

"The setting was nice, quiet, and peaceful. The lady with short hair at the winery lobby at check in was not very personable. When I walked up to say I was checking in, the only response was to look down at papers and hear her say 'Name.' For that much money it shouldn't be too much to ask to see a smile and hear, 'Welcome to Bear Creek we are glad you are here, may I have the reservation name please.' "
