"Quarto com cheiro ruim, ar condicionado sujo barulhento, frigobar desligado ( a atendente mesmo sabendo disso há uns estão assim) e cobrou água- deveria dar de cortesia , sugeriu que pedisse madrugada ( imagina dormindo esperar pessoa subir, abrir porta) , não tem edredom , cama mole. O café da manhã é muito bom "

"This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night."
