"My wife.and I were seeking a hotel close to the train station and I read a number of unsettling Expedia reviews about other hotels in the area.To our delight, none of the complaints I read about for hotels in the area were valid for the Columbia Hotel. The front desk staff especially was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Our room was large, off the street and quiet. Breakfast was very nice, served at the top floor on a pleasant terrace. We recommend it highly based on our experience"

However, when I eventually reached the 4th floor, the Floris Hotel had a clean and fresh look to it with a security door at the front. "The most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in near Termini station. I had a late night flight and didn’t want to be too far away from the station. This hotel was an excellent choice. Probably the best night sleep I had in Rome."

"We just stay for a quick last night in Rome on our way back from Sicily and it was perfect. They arranged for our taxi to the airport room was clean. Nice location! The receptionist was peruvian made me feel like at home! "
