"Very large rooms with balcony looking over bay. Excellent location right at the beach with fantastic restaurants to pick from within 100metres. Hotel was the cleanest we have ever been in. Breakfast buffet was memorable and included in tariff. Lovely friendly staff. Will definitely return next year."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! "Probably the best kept secret in Otranto. Spotlessly clean and a quiet setting on the outskirts of this lovely picturesque town. Fabio and his family are excellent and obliging hosts. The rooms are spacious, shower powerful and the breakfast worth leaping out of bed for, with a great variety of cereals, fruits, homemade cakes etc. We hugely recommend this Masseria and hope to return some day."
