Although late check out ended at 8. We were able to still get our room. The gentlemen was extremely nice and understood our delay. He gave us tips on food and what to check out. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. There is protection in the front, by simply providing your password. It makes sure that only guest come in. Plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall and a movie theater. Only minor thing was wifi, but for the trip we received, didn't really matter every where we went wifi was available, even on the free buses! !!

Beds were comfortable and had all the modern conveniences. The hotel is right in the middle of the city centre and easily accessible (within walking distance) to Train station (Oxford St) restaurants, shopping, nightclubs, Canal St. One thing to note is that there is a nightclub right across the road, and it tends to be a bit noisy, other than that it was great!
"Convenient hotel for easily access to Central Man."
Ideal for people looking place to stay with reasonable priced & centrally located at the heart of Manchester. Everything okay except noisy from tenants partying at common area till mid-night! Hotel management should implement "noise" control after 11pm for tenants who need to get good sleep for the night!
Can't fault this hotel the staff where very helpful we got there early and because a room was ready they let us check in early. The room was great, The breakfast in the resteraunt was excellent plenty choices from a cooked breakfast to a continental, fruit, cereal, toast etc
The hotel was having a refurb but it did not effect guests at all. All at a bargain price

Convenient hotel, in heart of Piccadilly. Despite this the room was quiet making sleep easy (windows don't open of course!) reception staff were casual but basically polite and the security man on the door was very pleasant and helpful. Car parking was a ten minute walk away in an area that may worry some people but it was fine during the day. It's totally no frills but provided a comfortable sleep in a clean room. Good enough when all that's required is somewhere to sleep.
