"This property is within walking distance to the 2 night markets, Cicada and Tamarind. Do remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Minimalistic hotel as long as you do not have too high expectation. Cosy lobby that serves as breakfast area. Room is spacious. Every TV channel is in Thai language."

"Great location with short walk to a lovely stretch of the beach. Cicada and Tamarind Markets a short 6 minute stroll away. Room had all necessary facilities. Modern design and bright room although paintwork was a little unprofessional. Also, an old fashioned style painting was very out of place in an otherwise magnificent room. Big bonus is also the gym. Would definitely want to stay here again if returning to Hua Hin. "

"Overall my stay was good. Friendly staff, older room but nice with a comfortable bed. A few negative things were the two swimming pools were not properly maintained. Big main pool water was green. Smaller second pool was so dirty stuff was floating throughout the pool."

"Thanks to hotel.com problems occured during check in.First of all we had to pay 20$ for other dog,then we had to pay 17$ to change the room because we didn't contact the hotel to tell them we bring a dog.Nothing on hotels.com website told us we have to contact the hotel before arriving,nothing on the website we have to pay 20$ for the dog.We got new room we didn't like it.After discussing for 15 minutes they gave us another room,but for me this holiday was destroyed already.Thank you...
