"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"The hotel is down a side street not far from Bangla but wasn't noisy . Turned up at 2 to check in but room wasn't ready until gone 4. Room small and smell like damp . Bed sheets were clean but the duvet inside didn't fit and was stained and dirty . The towels didn't smell fresh . Cockroach in room not really acceptable even in hot climate not was the rat running around in reception area hiding under a sofa ! The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the web site and must have been 20 years or...

Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."

The staff were amazing (special mention to the bar guy, Smart and manager, Nick) and the restaurant had yummy food - especially their mango sticky rice was to die for!
