"It was nice. There was a problem with sugar ants, which it is that time of year. Beds were comfy. The love seat was supposed to recline, it didn't. Little outdated furniture in living room. Owner said they are shopping for another. Pool kept losing water, last day it was making pump run loud. Think there is a leak. Back yard could have been kept up alot better. The flower beds are weed beds and not kept up. Good stay lil pricey. "
