"The hotel is rated 3 star but the cleanliness and quality is worse than 2 star hotel. The bathroom is yuck, very gross. I booked a Deluxe room which I paid more than Standard room, but quality of the room is TERRIBLE. The AC is dead that has no cool air at all in the room when it's 80 degree. "

"This resorts is hard to see from the street, but you will get a very welcome from the staffs when you reached to the receptionist : Ngọc Hân , Lê Thanh Tú … The room we ordered for 4 with 1 king size and 1 queen size is big and charming. "The listing for this property should clearly state it is located next to a night club which plays music until 2am in the morning and it is so loud that you cannot talk in the room and be heard. Vietnam has no restrctions on noise, so when I say loud I mean so loud it is unbelievable. Don't book this unless you plan to be out most of the time at the nightclub. "I booked this through Expedia for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes. "Great little room for the price and tastefully designed and gorgeous light through the windows. Myself and my two teenagers stayed in the deluxe family room, and we were very comfortable! The location was close to a vibrant night market and the riverside. The best thing was the absolutely delightful staff! All were fluent in english which was a relief for us, and all were super polite and went above and beyond to help where needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"This was a unique experience, and we enjoyed it. Very rustic, and kind of in the middle of nowhere. Google maps won't get you there! That was part of the charm. We caught snails in the ponds, they get sold to local restaurants. Meals were excellent and the food plentiful. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We helped with dinner one night, and Daniel's wife took some great pictures of us! Not a place you will forget. "

"Hotel is in a good location close to the river to go to cái răng floating market and to walk around the riverside but unfortunately that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Overall this hotel is severely outdated with old furniture, stained towels/face cloths and uncomfortable low beds. Shower heads are too low and water goes all over the bathroom floor. Also the wifi was pretty much unusable and a hotel to me should have functioning wifi for people who maybe have limited or no data for the times they want to rest after a long day. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels in Asia before but this one just had no redeeming factors that stopped me putting up this review. Maybe for a night this hotel would be ok but I wouldn’t stay here again for any more than that. "
